FBI September 2023 Sighting - Serial 4
▮ AI SYNOPSIS · Sonnet 4.6
This is an FBI FD-302 interview report, dated with an entry of October 2023 and documenting an incident that occurred on September 1, 2023, at a U.S. military test site. The interviewing FBI special agent spoke in person with a U.S. person who had worked at the facility for approximately fifteen years. The witness, accompanied by contractors en route to a test area, observed a cigar-shaped, silent object described as metallic bronze in color, estimated to be two to three Blackhawk helicopters in length. It displayed an intensely bright diamond-white light on its eastern end, hovered approximately 500โ3,000 feet above the tree line, moved slowly east to west, then disappeared within five to ten seconds. Airspace had been restricted for scheduled tests that morning. A second witness in another vehicle corroborated the sighting.
Several details are notable. The witness had restricted the airspace herself, making an authorized conventional aircraft explanation less likely. The gate anomaly preceding the sighting is noted but unexplained. No photographs or video were captured. All names, specific location identifiers, and the test site name are redacted throughout. The description in the body text ("metallic bronze") differs slightly from the summary description ("metallic/gray"), a minor inconsistency. The witness's fifteen years of experience with military aircraft and drones at the facility lends weight to her assessment that the object matched nothing in her prior experience.

cigar shaped object with an extremely bright light southwest of them
approximately 500 to 3000 feet above the nearest tree line (agent note: the
tree line was approximately one mile south west of
position). The
object was already there when she looked up. The object was almost hovering,
slowly moving from east to west. The light was an intense diamond white
light with what appeared to be a ring around the light and was located on
the eastern end of the object. The light was pointing south east and looking
at it (the light) was like looking into the sun. The object was "metallic
bronze in color" and was the length of two or three Blackhawk helicopters
lined up nose to tail. The width of the object was approximately the width
of one and a half Blackhawks but was hard to determine due the light on the
object's eastern end which may have been obscuring part of the body. The
object was completely silent.
